Gather and analyze business and technical requirements. Develop and deliver Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to articulate project specifications and expectations. Create Use Case Diagrams and Object Model Diagrams using MS Visio and MS Office. Develop SQL queries with multi-table joins, group functions and subqueries for data analysis. Conduct mapping and GAP analysis. Develop and implement test plans and test scripts. Generate Crystal Reports to present data insights and analytics. Master’s degree in the Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Sterling, VA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Requirement
- 7+ years of relevant experience in software development with demonstrated progression from hands-on experience to architecture and leadership roles.
- Experience with Java (or other VM languages), Python, C or C++.
- Experience doing hands-on large scale software development and architecture.
- A proven track record of managing, developing, and mentoring software engineering teams.
- Extensive experience developing in-house software solutions.
- Deep knowledge of technology solutions in one or more of the following functional areas: funding, cash management, trading operations, fund accounting, investor accounting, corporate accounting, and regulatory reporting.
- Minimum educational requirement of a four-year bachelor degree program. Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or the equivalent.
- Must be willing to travel/relocate to anywhere in the US.
