Gather and analyze business requirements, and create functional design specifications, field mapping, and system process designs. Develop and implement the Oracle Payroll module for elements, fast formulas, and process flows, ensuring successful payroll parallel processing. Plan and conduct Sprint, SIT, and UAT cycles. Support regression testing for applications and modules. Create unit test cases and mockups to verify the design and functionality of integration solutions. A bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) along with two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation is required. Work location: Sterling, Virginia, and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Develop, design, and maintain System Security Plans (SSP) for the client applications and General Support Systems (GSS) in compliance with FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 R4 guidelines. Develop security reports including Vulnerability Reports and Security Reports. Document computer security policies and procedures. Monitor security risks and reports to assess vulnerabilities. Perform a multi-point check on various security requirements and vet information security at the enterprise level, application level, and application development level to scrutinize their security readiness. Master’s degree in Science, Technology or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Reston, VA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
