Salesforce Developer

• Designing and building web & mobile interfaces on the Force.com platform using Visualforce, Apex and other available tools.
• Undertaking R&D, prototyping and are expected to actively participate in the Salesforce.com community.
• Creates scalable solutions based on business specifications, knowledge, and current data to support UPS departments and senior management decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills should be able to research and understand an undocumented set up and application.
• Evaluates process methods and available resources to create automation, build routines and schedules, and to identify data tools.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity Applies Information Systems Knowledge: Demonstrates knowledge of the strategy, structures, processes, procedures and key technical elements of the enterprise; exhibits knowledge of the primary business representatives of the enterprise and the technical elements supporting them; describes the business delivery impact of system reliability.
• Designs and Develops Applications Solutions: Guides the development of applications to ensure goals and objectives of projects are met; participates in the architecture definition process; translates requirements to designs for large and highly complex applications; identifies and designs non-functional requirements; designs and develops system interfaces and databases; applies multiple testing techniques to minimize defects and deliver quality code for large and highly complex applications software.
• Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they related to the database.
• Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions.
• Ability to translate storyboards, use cases, and UML diagrams into functional applications
• Create innovative solutions using both SalesForce and non-SalesForce technologies as part of the OneStrut platform strategy.
