Gather and analyze business and technical requirements. Develop and deliver Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to articulate project specifications and expectations. Create Use Case Diagrams and Object Model Diagrams using MS Visio and MS Office. Develop SQL queries with multi-table joins, group functions and subqueries for data analysis. Conduct mapping and GAP analysis. Develop and implement test plans and test scripts. Generate Crystal Reports to present data insights and analytics. Master’s degree in the Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Sterling, VA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Requirement
- Technical guidance to the development teams on Relational databases, including work with MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS to Warranty and Service teams.
- Provide technical solutions and guidelines for Data migrations.
- Leading the teams to build new integrations & to migrate data from legacy applications to Siebel warranty.
- Facilitating the daily standup meetings with Sprint teams.
- Maintain burn down charts, Setting up guide retrospectives.
- Setting up guide Sprint Reviews.
- Setting up and guide Sprint Planning sessions.
- Keeps team from interruptions during sprint.
- Removes obstacles that affect the team.
- Walks PO through more technical user stories.
- Coaches and motivates team on scrum processes periodically.
- Minimum educational requirement of a four-year bachelor degree program. Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or the equivalent.
- Must be willing to travel/relocate to anywhere in the US.
