Programmer Analyst

Gather and analyze business and technical requirements. Develop and deliver Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to articulate project specifications and expectations. Create Use Case Diagrams and Object Model Diagrams using MS Visio and MS Office. Develop SQL queries with multi-table joins, group functions and subqueries for data analysis. Conduct mapping and GAP analysis. Develop and implement test plans and test scripts. Generate Crystal Reports to present data insights and analytics. Master’s degree in the Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Sterling, VA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Requirement
- Review and analyze existing system structures to provide solutions to enhance and improve system.
- Work closely with system analysts to understand users system requirements, map process flow, design the processing steps, and analyze new systems to convert specifications into codes.
- Develop data migration tools and processes for new systems. Setup test environment and test data for a timely and exhaustive project testing so that bugs and errors can be eliminated from the system.
- Participate in technical collaboration meetings, and provide the project management team with periodical reviews on implementation status as well as weekly reports on task plan for custom software implementations. Provide the end users with system software supports and user trainings.
- Temporary travel required to client sites throughout the U.S. Master or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Application, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, any Engineering field or related field of studies. In the alternative, will accept Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Application, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, any Engineering field or related field of Studies plus five years of progressive experience in job offered or related work.
