Gather and analyze business and technical requirements. Develop and deliver Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to articulate project specifications and expectations. Create Use Case Diagrams and Object Model Diagrams using MS Visio and MS Office. Develop SQL queries with multi-table joins, group functions and subqueries for data analysis. Conduct mapping and GAP analysis. Develop and implement test plans and test scripts. Generate Crystal Reports to present data insights and analytics. Master’s degree in the Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Sterling, VA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Requirement
This role requires expertise in analyzing business requirements and designing functional specifications for Oracle Payroll systems. The candidate must be skilled in developing and implementing payroll modules, fast formulas, and process flows, while leading testing cycles such as SIT and UAT. A bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering and at least two years of relevant experience are required.
What you will do
In this role, I will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into detailed functional and system design specifications, and develop Oracle Payroll modules including elements, fast formulas, and process flows. I will plan and execute Sprint, SIT, and UAT testing cycles, support regression testing, and create unit test cases and mockups to validate integration solutions. My goal will be to ensure accurate payroll processing and seamless system integration across all related modules.
