Gather and analyze business and technical requirements. Develop and deliver Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to articulate project specifications and expectations. Create Use Case Diagrams and Object Model Diagrams using MS Visio and MS Office. Develop SQL queries with multi-table joins, group functions and subqueries for data analysis. Conduct mapping and GAP analysis. Develop and implement test plans and test scripts. Generate Crystal Reports to present data insights and analytics. Master’s degree in the Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Sterling, VA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Requirement
- Requirement analysis and estimating timelines for development of modules, medium size enhancements and code fixes.
- Designing a Low-level design for the critical modules
- Developing POC’s to meet rapidly changing business demands.
- Work on test plans and perform unit tests, system tests, Integration tests and regression tests.
- Providing timely application and technical support during Hyper-care.
- Responsible for fixing the bugs raised by the QA team.
- Understand requirements, expectations and develop the software modules.
- Translating technical and functional user requirements into a functioning technical solution
- Following an SDLC development methodology
- Design, development, testing, and the delivery of software solutions
- Assist with application development, architecture, software maintenance and systems
- administration
- Engagement in a project from initial concept through solution delivery
- Develop new programs and modify existing programs according to specifications and department standards.
- Test programs to ensure compliance with specifications.
What you will do
Your responsibilities will include conducting requirement analysis, designing low-level components for critical modules, and developing proof of concepts (POCs) for dynamic business demands. You will craft test plans and perform comprehensive testing, provide application and technical support, and address bugs identified by the QA team. Your work will translate complex technical and functional requirements into efficient, scalable software modules, following a structured SDLC methodology.
